libedit - Suggest better support for power symbol

Bug Description
In KiCad, I use to avoid using power lib because of following reason:
* I don't make sense the have symbol for each voltage net. Like 1V5, and 10V will require to have two symbol with it's pin name is 1V5, and 10V repetitively.
I think, to reduce amount of same symbol for every possible voltage. It would be nice, if KiCad support %V at least in the Pin Name field. So that only 1 power symbol needed. User can just change the symbol Value directly in the schematic to make difference power net as needed without re-create another symbol for it.
