Bug Description
If you download the Arduino Due Eagle schematics from https:/
After importing the project, R13 in the schematic gets linked to +5V at ICSP1. This happens because R13's top pin overlaps both the MOSI2 net from pin 4 and the +5V net from pin 2.

I think the way forward with this one is to ensure that the Eagle pins only hit wires at their ends.
If we find a pin touching a wire in the middle, we need to move the wire or move the pin.
