eeschema: enable access key for dialog for faster workflow

When create symbols, the text field dialog are requires too many mouse movement for change field values. It may be much better if all the Text box/ label have access keys (accelerator keys Alt+Keys). This would also reduce a lot of mouse movement for other common dialog like properties in schematic, and layout editor.

Fields are direct-edited in a grid in 5.1, which should largely alleviate this issue.

I think this bug been misunderstood.
What I ask it that all the software at least for eeschema, and pcbnew use the "accelerate" key to reduce move movement. And it still have not been apply on Version: (6.0.0-rc1-dev-1455-g4b7ef22ec), release build.

For let make one example. Let open the properties dialog of a symbol on eeschema. Now there are labels:
Fields
Symbol
  Library Reference:
  Unit:
  Alternate Symbol (DeMorgan)
.....

What I asked is the when user press Alt+F, the focus should jump to the symbol file table to user now can just use keyboard to navigate, and change them. Then user press Alt+L, is focus on Library Reference: Text Box so user can now enter from keyboard. So and so....

I noticed that, at least this is a native build-in for windows if we make it right. And I found that this and not been enable for:
  All most all the dialog either in eeschema/pcbnew
  All the pop-up menu including the "Clarify menu" (This menu generate a lot movement if accelerate key on enabled).
  Or event the Selection Filter feature too. (If accelerate key enabled, user can jump to this feature only by 3 key stroke instead of eye searching, and mouse movement. This would virtually make all feature have sequence of hotkey without specially assign to them).
