Currently, when someone exports layers using the svg export, id's are somehow random. SVG supports the specification of an id per element, and it would make sense to set it to a predictable value, namely the net class or module reference (depending on the layer).
This would allow 3rd-party applications to have semantic information in the vector graphic which could then be then used for highlighting, net-based difftools, or linking schematic with the board svg output for example.
