Eeshema: unhandled exception when opening symbol browser

Bug Description

When launching the symbol browser to assign a footprint from the symbol properties dialog and the existing footprint no longer exists, an unhandled exception error occurs and the symbol browser fails to launch. This does not occur when there is no footprint assigned or the footprint is found in a footprint library.
