In Pcbnew => Setup => Pads to Mask Clearance, the solder mask min value has no effect on the display of the F.Mask or B.Mask layers. The information in the tooltip of this parameter is : « This parameter is used only to plot solder mask layers ». Indeed, the gerber output is correct (for example, put the solder mask clearance to 0,075mm and the solder mask min width to 0,15mm in the video card (demo file). The plotted solder mask (video-F.Mask.gbr here after) is correct but different from this one displayed in Pcbnew (see around U11)).
I think it would be preferable that the display in Pcbnew of the layers F.Mask and B.Mask be the same as the gerber output (representative of the real board).
