Make "Edit Symbol Fields" dialog non-modal

Currently the "Edit Symbol Fields" dialog is modal; one cannot interact with the schematic window while the dialog is open. This is rather inconvenient as during part selection (which the "Edit Symbol Fields" dialog is quite useful for) it can be handy to see the component being considered.

Since allowing the user to edit the schematic while using the "Edit Symbol Fields" dialog may result in tricky inconsistencies between the two views, I think it would be reasonable to at least offer a sort of "read-only" interaction mode with the schematic while the symbol fields dialog is open.

I'm attaching a patch which centers parts selected via clicking on the "reference" field in the symbol field table dialog.

However, this ticket is a bit broader than the patch treats. I still find it rather unfortunate that the dialog is modal. It would be nice to at least to able to adjust the zoom level of the schematic view while in the Edit Symbols dialog.

I think there is a bit more to this ticket. Being able to at least pan around and zoom in the schematic window while the symbol fields dialog is open would be quite helpful.
