No, I'm just saying that I haven't ever used this function for anything beyond a simple Relative Move, so I'm not the best judge of what use cases might exist.
"Move Exactly" to me means Move By This Exact Amount, not Move To Exactly This Spot.
I 100% agree that the centre of the bounding box is useless as an anchor. But we don't need an anchor for Move By, which is why I like separating it out.
Rotation is a bit more difficult. In my first proposal I suggested that the Move Exactly multiple-selection case would rotate each item around its own anchor. But maybe even the simple rotation should rotate everything together around the User Origin (with a suitable help-string in the dialog).
