default project file conflicts with kicad 4

The path to the default kicad template project file (kicad.pro) seems to be fixed to /usr/share/kicad/template/kicad.pro on linux. It is not changed with the variable KICAD_PTEMPLATES in kicad_common.

This seems to be true for KiCad 4.0.7 and the current nightly of KiCad 5.

This was fixed in commit 5678a166 by adding a KICAD_USER_TEMPLATE_DIR which is user configurable and takes precedence over the default template path. This should resolve this issue so I'm marking it as fixed. If you are still having issues, please change the status back to new and I will fix it.
