Bug Description
Open a footprint from library X.
Save it. (Library X will be pre-selected in the library list.)
Modify it and save it again. (No library is pre-selected, or the active library is pre-selected if there is one.)

Now that I understand the problem (case of no current library pre-selected) I can confirm this for Win7 nightly. Version: (5.0.0-
