Place Footprint bails out if it got any error reading library

This predates even Dick's addition of the multi-threaded loader (https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-source-mirror/commit/dba4fccec93141c07c60da3bff216ad9e53d4b3e#diff-09cbbb8c8c9326ac38803218ae85b8e3), so I don't think there's any reason for it.

I deliberately introduced an error in one of .kicad_mod files, but all I got was an error reporting a problem with that particular file. Other than that, all other footprints loaded properly, including others from the broken library.

I would not expect it to be platform specific, so perhaps I am trying to trigger the bug incorrectly. Is it simply: add a broken library to fp-lib-table, place a footprint ('O' hotkey) and click either 'List All' or 'Select by Browser'?

I managed to reproduce the problem by adding a library with a not existing path, so I could verify the patch is correct. Thank you Jeff!
