Project specific library paths incorrect

Opened an old 4.0.7 project and completed the remapping process, everything completed without error.
Opened the schematic library tables dialog and notice the project specific library paths lead to a msys64 directory:
C:\msys64\mingw64\share\kicad\library
rather than the install directory:
C:\Program Files\KiCad\share\kicad\library

@Nick, I have no idea. My best guess would be that I thought I was changing a different bug?

I think this is fixed, the env vars are not set by default by the installer anymore.
