Project specific library paths incorrect

Bug Description
Opened an old 4.0.7 project and completed the remapping process, everything completed without error.
Opened the schematic library tables dialog and notice the project specific library paths lead to a msys64 directory:
C:\msys64\
rather than the install directory:
C:\Program Files\KiCad\
