Bug Description
With medium-size design (500 nets), on Windows, it takes about 4 seconds to open Track & Via Properties dialog. I suspect it is caused by filling net selector combo box. Interestingly, on Linux there is no noticeable delay.
Maybe it can be somehow optimized?

Zones Properties dialog have similar problem.
Maybe it could get the same optimization?
