Improper layout in Edit Value Field of power symbol

Possibly the result of not refreshing layout after adding the "Power symbol value text cannot be modified" warning?

Huh, the static text is shown/hidden in init() before calling FinishDialogSettings(), so it *should* be re-layed-out....
