Zoom to Fit broken on gal with no items on board

On fresh Pcbnew install (config file removed), Cairo canvas, clicking "zoom to fit" jumps around randomly when there are no items placed yet. On OpenGL canvas, the button doesn't do anything. On Legacy canvas, the button zooms to fit the worksheet (seems like proper behavior)
