Bug Description

Currently size of Junction mark in EEschema is too small.
It's size is less that 1 mm.
Generally this is not a big problem is you only use digital blueprints. But on paper there is not always obvious if the junction present or not.

Proposed solution:
Make junctions bigger. Personally I believe that 1.6 mm (diameter) junction mark is the best.
Some people may want a bit bigger or a bit smaller junctions.

So, I'd propose to make junction size either a fully customizable option in EEschema, or at least to be able to pick from 3-4 predefined sizes.

I has been a while since I printed it but I remember it is quite big.

What page size did you specify in the schematics and on what size paper do you print it?
