pcbnew: 3d viewer popup menu shows incorrect hotkeys

JP, I observed the problem on Ubuntu 17.10 using basically the same build as Eldar. What OS / wx are you using?

It looks correct with win7 64 bits, on the last nightly which was downloaded before the fix.
