Component Table View from PcbNew

I think the "Component Table View" could be implemented even in the Pcbnew, not just in the Eeschema.

One of the interesting functionalities could be:
1) Change the text font of all selected items (I saw that Font interpretation is in the road map to future versions);
2) Change the text orientation (for example: usually I want all horizontal left-to-rigth and all vertical bottom-to-top, to make a easy way to read the PCB silk stamped);
3) Change multiple footprints at same time (I know, this is already in the "Footprint Proprieties").

Some idea is:
when selected 2 or more components of the same category (e.g. track or via), clicking on edit proprieties could appear the same set values that they have, with "different value" string written in the fields that the components doesn't have identical values (using the same windows already used, but this will need code changing despite appear simple for the user).
When modified one of this propriety and clicking in <Ok> the changes will propagated to all elements selected.

Funny that you pick that example (tracks and vias) as this does already work for them (we use "<...>" instead of "different values".

However, (sadly) it works only for tracks and vias.

I think the described use case could be handled better with Object Inspector (requested in lp:#1640873) and already in progress.

As you described this new feature appear to be like in the others EDA ("<..>" is used by Altium and some others that I used). So, it is ok and better to new users adapt.

You can do a lot of this through the new and improved Edit Text and Graphics and Edit Tracks and Vias commands. What's left will have to wait for the property inspector.
