Block operation resizing

Bug Description

The "Block Operation" windows with the selection control keeping resizing (maybe because dual monitor computer).

OS: Ubuntu 16.04.01
KiCad nightly by apt-get (no0vcs-found-a6f8405~61)

Could you try to illustrate this a bit more step by step? Maybe even with a screenshot or two?

I just open the Pcbnew software and with the first tool (slection / move) I
select some part of my pcb.

Sometimes I have a "normal behaviour" and sometime the "menu expanded". A
do not kwon with is becuase the machine have two monitor with different
resolutions.

I attach the screens as file, answering by e-mail (I don't if is possible).

Even other window, sometimes, not adjust to small (1366x768) monitors.

The OK and CANCEL buttons do not appear.
