Bug Description
Every time that you try to select something (some area) in Pcbnew, independent of the tool that you are using (Route track, Add fooprint,...), a window asking which kind of object do you want do select.
One more user friendly way is to move this interface as a toolbox that have pre-seted option for which tool and the user can change, not being bothered every time that try to select something.
