Bug Description
In the "Generate netlist" wizard, when a have hierarchical sheets in my project, appear the option use "100 numbering" or "1000 numbering" to sub pages. I think one interesting option is "ref.sheet", so the same R components, in a two times added hierarchical sheet you appear with the reference value "R1.1" and "R1.2".
Also, this allow that one sheet add two times to the project do not need to appear more than one in the generated PDF (I think some of the professional EDA tools have this feature).
This you make a more easy pcb assembly to the developers analyzing the PCB silk.

Think in the sheet that will not appear more than one time in the stamped PDF, will be nice too to set the order that the hierarchical sheets appear in the PDF, not just the default by the XY position.
Sometime the better order to understand the project in not the XY. For example, micro-controllers layouts, usually the IC with crystal and so on stay at the center block (hierarchical sheet) and the output and input blocks to right and left (usually we want this central block as second page in the pdf).
