Bug Description

In the linear.lib included in KiCAD version 4.0.7 the pinout for the newly added INA138 and INA168 are incorrect.

I have checked the upstream git and it is also wrong.

The pinout of the library version is:

1 - Out
2 - GND
3 - V+
4 - -IN
5 - +IN

Whereas in the TI datasheet (can be found from the schematic symbol) it is listed as:

1 - Out
2 - GND
3 - +IN
4 - -IN
5 - V+

Is this the correct place to report library errors?

The library bugs should be reported on github on the repo where the library file resides. In this case I guess you are referring to the part in https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-library/blob/master/library/linear.lib, so report the issue on https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-library/issues.

I will mark this bug as invalid and I expect you to report it there instead. Thanks. :)
