pcbnew: the STEP export origin options selection confusing

The STEP export origin options selection uses the CheckBox but should uses the RadioBox.

Only one option can be selected at one time.
The current style (check box) is inconsistent to GUI style and non-sense.

It is need to add another one option 'Default' and use the radio box I think.
