Pcbnew export dialogs: some formats overwrite existing files without confirmation

Steps to reproduce:
- From PCBNew
-- The following exports do not ask before overwriting existing files (File/Export/...)
--- Specctra DSN
--- VRML
--- IDFv3

while the following do, correctly:
--- GenCAD
--- STEP
--- Component file

Application: kicad
Version: no-vcs-found-622ba4f~59~ubuntu17.04.1, release build

Fixing this problem for Specctra DSN files will be trivial. The same cannot be said about VRML and IDFv3 files.
