error Run CvPCB

I worked a few weeks with KiCad.
KiCad v4.06 windows 7 64bit

I could run CvPCB once and close KiCad.
Open again KiCad and run again CvPCB Then:

Error appears when Run CvPCB

Errors were encountered loading footprints:
IO_ERROR: http GET command failed Cannot get/download Zip archive:
'https://codeload.github.com/KiCad/Housings_SOIC.pretty/zip/master'
for library path: 'https://github.com/KiCad/Housings_SOIC.pretty'.
Reason: 'IO_ERROR: curl_easy_perform()=35: SSL
connect error from C:/Jenkins/workspace/windows-kicad-msys2-stable/src/kicad/c
etc…

I tried many solutions as described on internet but nothing solves the problem.

Please help?

I found the problem.

When I Run CvPCB on the public network then no error occurs.

Then I suppose it is related to the firewall rules. I do not think this is a KiCad bug, therefore I am closing the report. Feel free to reopen it if you think otherwise.
