Bug Description
Hi,
sometimes the "Add filled zones" tool seems to confuse some internal state machine if the OpenGL canvas is used.
The 'e' key and right mouse button stop working. Restarting pcbnew seems to be the only way out.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an existing pcb
2. Select the "Create filled zone" tool.
2. Locate a footprint with at least two pads, move the cursor over one of the pads and hit 'e'.
Make sure that a selection dialog appears.
3. Make a selection or close the dialog by pressing 'esc' and close/end the zone tool.
Windows 7 and Linux (both 64bit) are affected. Tested with commits 4bdac4d (Win+Linux)
and 2300697 (Win).
I am not sure if this is the only way to trigger this issue. It happens sometimes when I am dealing with filled zones but until now I could not find a way to reproduce this behavior.
Toggling between Legacy and OpenGL canvas used to help sometimes but it no longer does.

@Michael, there have been a lot of changes in this area and I can't reproduce this. If it still happens for you on a recent build, please re-open.
