Bug Description

When resizing a silk-screen zone pcbnew crash with the following error:
"Unhandled exception class: St12out_of_range what: aGlobalIndex-th
vertex does not exist."

Tested on KiCAD 4.6.0 and kicad-r8171.36e59065f-x86_64
Windows 7, 64bit.

@Romain, do you have a reproducible case of this? I wasn't able to make it happen....

Could not reproduce on the 23/01/2017 Nightly (v5) with a sample project.
