Eeschema: interrupted lines in some zoomlevels

reproduce: In kicad 4.0.5 and 4.0.6 draw a circuit and zoom in and out a few times.
Only a few zoomlevels have this glitch. It seems not to be in the data.

I think I'm seeing this on the development branch as well. It appears
to never be more than a single pixel. It may be due to rounding errors
when scaling the wires and/or pins. It's really hard to see (at least
for my old eyes) on higher resolution displays. It's not that
noticeable so I doubt the motivation to fix it will be very high given
that it will require digging around in wxDC to figure out what is going on.
