pcbnew: "Auto delete old track" not working

Whenever "Disable auto delete new track" button is toggled, I cannot have 2 tracks from pin A to pin B at the same tim

I've digged in a little.

In Legacy Canvas mode, the "Auto Delete Old Track" function works fine.

In OpenGL Canvas mode, it won't work.

I'm digging on. Will comment later.

Unfortunately, at the moment the PNS router does not respect this setting.

I tried to trace code, but didn't found which cpp file contain PNS router.

Would you please point it out for me? So I can try to add this feature.

Since this is a Legacy regression I'm marking it as Medium. If we decide we want to drop support for it then we can mark it as Won't Fix, but we need to start making these decisions in preparation for dropping Legacy support.
