Linux Master Build: Zone Filling No Longer Respects Keepout Zone

Bug Description

Just found that my running kicad (built from latest master branch on Linux) is no longer respecting the keepout zones when filing copper zones.

Please send us a board which exhibit this issue.

Attached you can find the tar ball file that contains 2-fill-zone and
1-keepout-zone.

As I see it, the keepout zone area is still filled by the copper pour.

Your keepout zone has zones allowed.
Only tracks and vias are not allowed.

Ah, I did not see the check box, and by default it is "allowed".

Is there a way to configure the default to be NotAllowed? For ALL of
the keepOut zones?
