Plot values and references checkboxes fail to affect user-texts with %R and %V

Always Plot to dxf refs and values regardless of options:

-Plot footprint references

This only seems to apply to layers other than the silkscreen layers and seems to effect other plot outputs such as pdf and postscript as well.

I moved a footprint value to a different layer and it plotted/didn't plot according to the checkbox.

By only applying to layers other than silkscreen do you mean copies of the text objects using %R and %V aren't controlled by the checkboxes?

@Jeff Yes, this is what I mean (%R, %V). I don't know maybe Wayne means another issue.
