Component chooser HTML panel should ellipsize URL

Bug Description

Many datasheet URLs are extremely long. It makes the HTML panel look really silly when everything fits in the panel except a datasheet link making it scroll to infinity and beyond... ellipsize that, it's clickable.

Seems to have gotten worse: I don't have any datasheet values filled in at all.

Jeff, what do you mean? You never see any datasheet values even if you specify them for a symbol? I think that KiCad libraries mostly do not contain datasheet URLs, so it is an information you need to add yourself.

I'll admit I'm still on the old libraries, but if you go to something like Valves/ECC81 in libedit you'll see that it has a datasheet URL (http://www.r-type.org/pdfs/ecc81.pdf).

However, if you do a Place Symbol and select Valves/ECC81 in the symbol chooser, the Datasheet line in the HTML panel is blank.

It's no doubt something simple; I'll have a look once I finish up making the Pin Table dialog editable (on my 6.0 branch).

Oh wait, I see Chris has already assigned himself.

@Chris, feel free to assign this to me. Otherwise I'll defer to you....

Jeff, you are right - I was checking a wrong place.

Jeff, you can take this if you want. Assign it to yourself if you start working on it. I do intend to get this but it could be a while.
