In eeschema, right-click menus create an error beep when clicked away from, and zoom cursor to place where right-clicked

The right-click menu in eeschema creates an annoying error beep (at least on Windows) when clicked away from, and then it zooms the cursor back to the point where the right-click originated from.

I don't get the beep on OSX, but I do get the annoying warp-cursor.

I've tried the patch and it works great. Thank you very much for fixing this!

I tested the patch on Windows 7 and indeed it removes the beep sound and cursor warping. On Linux it disables cursor warping, as there was no beep sound to fix. The code changes look sensible to me and this patch gets my vote, but I leave the ultimate decision to Wayne.
