Bug Description

See attached video. In Footprint Editor I usually round a corner with an arc by the next sequence:
1) select sideline
2) stick to the endpoint of the sideline
3) press Space to reset relative coord to end of sideline (relative coord shows 0; 0)
4) move to the centre of the arc (right and down the same distance)
5) click the centre
6) move left to the line
7) create the arc (90 degrees up-right)

In brand new nightly 7822/OpenGL 3) doesn't reset relaitve coord to 0;0 only to a small value (which depends on zoom factor). Problem is probably with snapping to the endpoint of the line: origo is set to the actual cursor coords, not to snapped (to grid or to selected point) coords.
