component chooser: UI issues

Issues:
- the window struct breaks on resize the window
- some components doesn't show symbol
- some components doesn't show fields

Steps:
-open eeschema
-click Place Component -> Component Chooser
-select component

If resize the Component Chooser window then window content is breaking.

Bear with me, I cannot reproduce this bug myself, so I'm going to need you to test.

Commit f8415633b, just added, is a significant rewrite of several parts affecting this bug report. Please test this commit (next nightly, if you're using nightlies) and see if these issues are resolved.

Additionally, I'm going to close this report as it collects multiple bugs - after testing the next build, if you still have these issues, please open a separate new bug report for each one.
