[Regression] Eeschema doesnt render all symbols

Latest commit f18196186653065871062b43c9449da8eb4264fe breaks the symbol rendering in Eeschema. Behaviour:

1. Open any project that contains Hierarchical sheets and some parts in the top level schematic page.
2. Top level symbols shall be rendered properly, along with the block for hierarchical sheet and their pins.
3. Inside the hierarchical sheets, no symbols are rendered (blocks with "??" shown instead of the actual part

To make KiCad render rest of the symbols:

1. Go to Preferences->Component Libraries
2. Click Ok.
3. Reloading of libraries shall be triggered. After the reload, all symbols are properly rendered.
