Add shortcut for opening context menu in Eeshema

Bug Description

There is a shortcut for Mouse-Left-Click, Mouse-double-click but nothing to get the context menu

I have submitted the patch for it. Hotkey assigned is 'D'. The context menu opens a bit below cursor. Any help or suggestion is welcome.

@joshi-ji, the hotkey architecture has been completely rewritten for 6.0, so your patch no longer applies.

I've added the action to the new hotkeys list ("Show Context Menu"), but it won't have a hotkey assignment out-of-the-box.

@Nick, it's only fixed in my branch. I haven't merged yet because that branch also contains the new zone fill algorithm, which needed quite a bit of testing. But I think it's nearly ready....
