Pad Properties Dialog not responding to OK button

Bug Description

After entering the fields in the attached Pad Properties dialog, invoked either through legacy or GAL FootprintEditor (result is the same), the dialog does not respond to the OK button.

(This pad is a thermal via BTW. I know there's no cu annular ring, this is because it overlays a larger SMD pad with the same number.)

There is no UI message or no action in response to the OK button.

Latest code, as in 5 minutes ago.

Ok, it seems to the only when the dialog is invoked for the "default??" pad properties from the top toolbar.

Using E to edit an existing pad to bring up the dialog, then the Ok buttons works fine.
