pcbnew: positioning of components in relation to already positioned ones

Bug Description
It is possible "manually", thanks to the ability to set a zero for relative position. But is a "manual labor", it can require to change the grid, if a component is off the current grid. For larger boards this can be really cumbersome.
I suggest to add an option similar to "move exactly", the name could be like "place exactly relative to".
Also, it would be great to have in the context menu options to copy x or y coordinate of another component (not necessarily, or rather: not only a footprint), to facilitate positioning components in line.
