For the OpenGL and the Cairo canvas of Pcbnew, a change of ratsnest color on the "Render" tab does not work. The legacy canvas shows the selected color.
This is seen on two different installations of KiCad
Debian 8 / KiCad 4.0.2 and Windows 10 / KiCad 4.0.5.
Edit:
The ratsnest color isn't changed in the latest nighlty release (at time of writing this) version 2017-01-17 revision f079b7f.
