Bug Description

Currently you can select black or white as the background colour in the schematic editor. It would be nice if you could set an arbitrary colour. Personally I like an off-white colour, a shade of yellow, as it is easy on the eyes.

I agree.

I'd just like to point out that the Eeschema Colors dialog should contain a section to manage/load/save color templates.
And as a matter of course offer the ability to create a preset list of colors, to be used by the Color dialog.

Instead of popping up a Colors dialog with a predefined list as it is now, the Colors dialog should have 2 tabs:
Presets - a preset list of colors based on template loaded by the user
Custom - a color palette similar to what MS Paint offers where any combination of R/G/B 0-255 can be entered.

I like the idea of colour presets. People with vision problems find them useful.
