WRML export wrong measurements

Bug Description

Trying to export wrml files creates the wrong sizes.

Application: kicad
Version: (2016-09-30 revision c9fec4a)-master, release build
Libraries: wxWidgets 3.0.2
           libcurl/7.50.3 OpenSSL/1.0.2j zlib/1.2.8 libidn/1.33 libssh2/1.7.0
Platform: Linux 4.6.7-1-MANJARO x86_64, 64 bit, Little endian, wxGTK

wxWidgets: 3.0.2 (wchar_t,wx containers,compatible with 2.8)
Boost: 1.61.0
Curl: 7.50.3
KiCad - Compiler: GCC 6.2.1 with C++ ABI 1010

Now to get it in native kicad 3d models, output to 0.1 inch in the nice export settings window. to get correct scale in freecad, output to mm.

There were a few bugs in the export code; a patch (attached) has already been submitted.

The patch to fix this has been committed. Please test this when you get a chance to see if it resolves your issue.
