Bug Description

Trying the new simulator in kicad-20160928-222523.904ae20-c4osx on OSX. When tapping add signal, I get a list of available netlabels etc as expected, however choosing any of them does not add anything to the Signals list. Trying to add a probe shows me the probe mouse cursor but wherever I click in the schematic, nothing happens.

Hi Jonatan,

Do you get any simulation errors in the console? Have you tried examples in the demos/simulation directory?

Yes, I did get some errors, now I don't remember what it was. Probably the simulation couldn't run for some reason. I tried in another schematic and could add signals as expected. However, since this version freezes randomly after a couple of minutes (#1628879) it's extremely frustrating to test it!

If the simulation has not been run, then there is nothing to be displayed. The other report seems to be valid, although at the moment I do not have OSX system at hand, so it might be hard to fix.
