pcbnew crashes when duplicate of a keepout area is aborted with ESC

Bug Description

What did I do?

- Run KiCAD 4.0.3 on Windows 7
- Open existing layout
- Switch to OpenGL
- Create Keepout Area (no polygon fill option - other options disabled)
- Duplicate Area (mouse aimed one edge of the polygon)
- Move the dragged area
- Abort duplicate by pressing "ESC" on the keyboard

--> pcbnew including whole KiCAD process crashes

I would say so, the symptoms are the same and it does not happen with the current development branch. 4.0.4 release will be available soon, to fix problems like the one you reported.
