Bug Description

Trying to make a new footprint of a Jones plug. Tab will sit is two holes in one pad, which I want to copy to 3 other places. Set up block round pad, move pad and right button press brings up options. Copy has (shift + drag mouse) on it. Think this is left over from previous version as it does nothing. Please replace with hint that block must be moved before pressing right button, this is nowhere in the official documentation. Awkward tool to use, would like a copy and accurate move option.

It's an odd version of a tip, as it's telling you how to do it next time (ie: before moving the block).

But it's only in the Legacy canvas, so we're unlikely to fix it at this point.
