Bug Description
We need to create what I'll call a Paste-Via, which is a Via that also has paste.
This then flows into the via hole, and reduces the electrical and thermal resistance of the via.
We have this in another CAD flow, and need it in kiCad.
I can manually add a field to the Via layers, thus
(via (at 12.202 34.046) (size 1.50) (drill 0.889) (layers F.Cu B.Cu F.Paste) (net 92))
but that Errors on import, as it seems the layers group is _only_ accepting Start-Stop, and does not pickup other layers.
Suggested Fix: Allow other layers in the layers group, so that user determined Via can generate paste.
The Edit menu should also allow user access to allowable layers.

I usually place 2-3-4-5 adjacent vias for "high current via". via..altough I know placing a part is not as flexible as creating a via.
You may also create a footprint for paste-covered-
