Bug Description

Very simple to reproduce in my opinion. I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013) with Mac OS X 10.11.5. When try to create new project from template, I select the project folder, but then in the "Project Template Selector", the panel where the icons of the templates should appear is empty, so I cannot select any template, even though I do see the templates in the directories selected.

I have been able to reproduce this issue on my own build following the instructions in bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~adamwolf/+junk/kicad-mac-packaging/

It seems to me is a wxWidget issue, as if I take the panel out of the scrolled window and into the main "Project Template Selector" the templates icons show and everything works. It's just VERY ugly.

For reference I'm pasting here the release version I was using (before I started to look into the code):

Application: kicad
Version: 4.0.2-stable release build
wxWidgets: Version 3.0.2 (debug,UTF-8,compiler with C++ ABI 1002,GCC 4.2.1,STL containers,compatible with 2.8)
Platform: Mac OS X (Darwin 15.5.0 x86_64), 64 bit, Little endian, wxMac
Boost version: 1.57.0
         USE_WX_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT=OFF
         USE_WX_OVERLAY=ON
         KICAD_SCRIPTING=ON
         KICAD_SCRIPTING_MODULES=ON
         KICAD_SCRIPTING_WXPYTHON=ON
         USE_FP_LIB_TABLE=HARD_CODED_ON
         BUILD_GITHUB_PLUGIN=ON
