Swig 3.0.10 breaks scripting/build_tools/fix_swig_imports.py

Bug Description

The format of swig generated Python scripts has changed again in Swig 3.0.10, causing scripting/build_tools/fix_swig_imports.py to error when building KiCad. Attached is a patch that handles the new format. Tested
by building on Mac OS X.
