Build fails with swig 3.0.9

I had to downgrade swig from 3.0.9 on my Linux box to properly build with Python scripting.

Error: the swig import helper was not fixed, check /tmp/kibuild/pcbnew/pcbnew.py
       and fix this script: fix_swig_imports.py
pcbnew/CMakeFiles/pcbnew_kiface.dir/build.make:78: recipe for target 'pcbnew/pcbnew_wrap.cxx' failed
make[2]: *** [pcbnew/pcbnew_wrap.cxx] Error 2
make[2]: *** Deleting file 'pcbnew/pcbnew_wrap.cxx'

Building bzr 6927 on Linux with swig 3.0.9, wxgtk 3.0.2, wxpython 3.0.2.0, Python 2.7.11.

I've attached pcbnew.py from the failed build.
