Wrong mime type pcbnew

Problem mime type pcbnew in ubuntu mate 15:10 and 16:04

I solved a problem of type mines on pcbnew .

In kicad.xls file it was given the old extension of pcbnew files ( * .brd )
replacing this extension by * .kicad_pcb you can bind properly
pcbnew the application for opening that file without having to change the aperture
the type of generic text files resulting problem of opening such as a .txt file
with pcbnew .

I submitted a patch to the mailing list to fix the problem https://lists.launchpad.net/kicad-developers/msg24725.html I attached an easier to apply version as a tarball here. to apply just delete the resources folder and unzip the tarball in it's place. A big part of the fix is in moving around and regenerating a bunch of binary files, that's why a tarball is easier. I'd like to hear back if it solves the issues for you too. These new files should set all the correct file associations and icons.

The fix was committed in revisions 6857 to 6861, thanks for reporting this issue.
